Joseph Tomayko
Managing Director
Joseph Tomayko is Managing Director and Co-Founder of GTM Lender Advisors, LLC. In this role, Mr. Tomayko provides field exam services to banks and other financial institutions. Additionally, Mr. Tomayko provides sophisticated data mining techniques to convert large amounts of data that can be effectively analyzed in connection with the completion of these engagements.
Prior to founding GTM, Mr. Tomayko was a senior manager in Sisterson's lender services group for over nine years. In this role, Mr. Tomayko assisted in building a nationally recognized ABL practice in Pittsburgh, PA by providing superior specialized accounting services in the area of lender collateral reviews, data mining and business consulting.
Lee Mazzarini
Director
Lee Mazzarini is an experienced financial and accounting professional, with extensive experience in financial advisory services to the top senior secured lenders in the country and middle market companies. He is a Co-Founder in GTM Lender Advisors and in his role as Director, leads and performs collateral field exams for new and existing credit facilities for various regional and national financial institutions with asset-based loans ranging from $5 million to $1.8 billion. In addition to performing field exams, Lee co-manages the day-to-day operations and is active in marketing.
In addition to his role at GTM, Lee has a working relationship with Compass Advisory Partners, a Pittsburgh based turnaround management consulting firm. At Compass he provides clients with various services including financial modeling/analytics, advisory regarding forward looking projections, bank compliance and working capital management. He prides himself as a disciplined financial professional who is comfortable working with accounting departments to senior executives and boards of directors.
Edward R. Mendlow
Contract Field Examiner
Edward Mellow is a contract field examiner for GTM Lender Advisors, LLC. In this role, Mr. Mendlow provides field exam services to banks and other financial institutions.
Prior to working at GTM, Mr. Mendlow worked as a data mining specialist and senior field examiner at Wells Fargo Capital Finance for nearly 20 years.
Additionally, he worked at Bank of America Business Credit and Mellon Bank of Business Credit as a field examiner and senior field examiner.
William (Bill) Buckley
Senior Field Examiner
As a Senior Field Examiner, William Buckley's role is to provide field exam services to banks, national lending companies and other financial institutions. As a part of the services provided, Mr. Buckley retains over thirty-five years of banking knowledge with extended extensions within various industries and customer types. Prior to joining GTM, Mr. Buckley spent over thirty years in the commercial lending industry having ascended from the position of Field Examiner at Bank of Boston to Examination Manager at Asset Based Lending Consultants and Deloitte & Touche.
John Hudak
Senior Field Examiner
John Hudak is a senior field examiner providing collateral field examinations to banks and other financial
institutions with over 25 years of experience in asset based lending.
Prior to working at GTM, Mr. Hudak was a senior field examiner at PNC Bank for over ten years. Additionally, John worked at Sisterson, LLP as a senior field examiner with Joe and Lee in helping to build a nationally recognized ABL practice in Pittsburgh, PA.
Zachary Rich
Senior Field Examiner
Zachary Rich is a Senior Field Examiner with GTM Lender Advisors, LLC. In this role, Mr. Rich provides field exam services to banks and other financial institutions.
Prior to joining GTM, Mr. Rich spent three years as a Consultant within the Credit Risk group at CBIZ Inc. In this role, Mr. Rich conducted field exam services both as a lead, and an assist on various sizes of assignments. Mr. Rich also assisted with other due diligence and specialty areas such as Asset Securitizations and Lender Finance engagements.
